Re: Who has more control of our thinking; God or Satan?

We are indeed selfish, a good trait, right? That does not mean we follow Satan. Regards DL well, i guess we all define terms a bit differently ( the real "speaking in tongues," prolly); i would say love of self is essential and often sorely lacking, which maybe leads to selfishness as in self-cente...

Re: I am my highest authority, judge and guide. Who is yours?

I am my highest authority, judge and guide. Who is yours? As a Gnostic Christian, I follow the esoteric teachings of Jesus. Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man l...

Re: Did god really condemn mankind? Is god a just god?

Interesting. I'd figure it's not a case of "bad translation" - the NHL Gospel of Thomas is somewhat edited to support a certain ideological position. Like every scripture ever written. Regards DL hmm, i cant think of a single ideological pos that could be maintained in a holistic view of the Bible,...

Who gave Satan that power?

Who has more control of our thinking; God or Satan? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNcRXeCzpno I don’t know what God or Satan’s game is, but God giving Satan dominion over our political/physical realm as well as the power to deceive our spiritual/religious realm in us all seems counterintuitive to...

Re: Would a naturalistic view of god be beneficial during our present animal extinction event?

*knowledge brings sorrow* works on more than one level, i guess; so i suspect this "gnossis" is mostly just a slightly diff self-delusion from any other religion tbh. I honestly mean no offense here, but your behavior has been a big influence. Sorrow, sure, along with happiness. Yin does not exist ...

Re: A gnostic sermon attempt

if you really wanted to encourage gnosticism GB, you would best declare as a Christian imo :) nice op, ty I do not join satanic thinkers. Tell us, bright boy, who is more likely to use genocide and infanticide? Satan or Yahweh? Let's see if you are a moral coward. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VN...
