from who penned that handwriting.

Tselikas is qualified to say, and did say, that it is not 18th-century writing.
He is not qualified to say which modern writer imitated it.

His dating was from paleography!
Not from graphology!

One possibility, though I do not claim certainty:
you two (maybe?) prefer to think that the Voss book contains 18th-century writing,
even though he denies that.
