"Misdating Jesus to Jannaeus' era may be due to a confusion of Jesus with the Qumran Teacher of Righteousness, who did live during the time of Jannaeus" ?

Readers did not have to know a priori that Capernaum is in Galilee, since they are told so.
Your "Therefore" does not logically follow.

All four canon gospels draw on TaNaK; that is not disputed.
It is the claim that gMark was fiction and that gMatthew was fooled by gMark that is disputed.
That proposed disjuncture is not persuasive.
