Moles has this footnote about Clement of Alexandria:

Our book will not shrink from making use (συγχρήσασθαι) of what is best in philosophy and other preparatory instruction (φιλοσοφίας καὶ τῆς ἄλλης προπαιδείας). 'For not only for the Hebrews and those that are under the law,' according to the apostle, 'is it right to become a Jew, but also a Greek for the sake of the Greeks, that we may gain all.' 1 Corinthians 9:20-21 Also in the Epistle to the Colossians he writes, 'Admonishing every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ.' Colossians 1:28

The nicety of speculation (τὸ γλαφυρὸν τῆς θεωρίας), too, suits the sketch presented in my commentaries (τῶν ὑπομνημάτων ὑποτυπώσει). In this respect the resources of learning (τῆς χρηστομαθίας) are like a relish (οἷον ἥδυσμά) mixed with the food of an athlete, who is not indulging in luxury, but entertains a noble desire for distinction (ἀγαθὴν <διὰ> φιλοτιμίαν).

Here Clement defends the splendor of contemplation (τὸ γλαφυρὸν τῆς θεωρίας) and the use (συγχρήσασθαι) of philosophy (φιλοσοφίας καὶ τῆς ἄλλης προπαιδείας) in his work. In this regard, he calls them all τῆς χρηστομαθίας, which can be understood as a defense in and of itself, in that evokes a connection of the work he's doing with how one "learns the Christ" (ἐμάθετε τὸν Χριστόν) in Ephesians 4:20. Clement saves this particular word for his statement of defense of his purpose, not accidentally, to make this Christian connection part of his justification. From there, χρηστομαθίας is associated with sweetness (ἥδυσμά) that allows pursuit of the noble good (ἀγαθὴν), comparing the Christian to an athlete preparing for a contest.

P4 (TM 61783) is generally dated within the range AD 150 - 299.

There is a discussion of opinion on Wikipedia (note the opinions of Kenyon, who suggested a 4th century date, and Nongbri, who would allow for a wider range of dating).

The manuscript P45 (TM 61826 / LDAB 2980) has fragments of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Acts. Because it is fragmentary, there were only two locations that I found where the relevant words or abbreviations were intact.

Translation:
Acts 11:26. And in Antioch the disciples were first called Christians/Chrestians.
Acts 16:18. Paul turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ/Chrest to come out of her.”

Interpretation:
These are fragments of Acts, but otherwise the interpretation of these verses is not clear.
It's notable for abbreviating Acts 11:26 and for using abbreviation by suspension (the first two letters) in Acts 16:18.

Origen, Contra Celsum, 4.51

I know, moreover, that Numenius the Pythagorean--a surpassingly excellent expounder of Plato, and who held a foremost place as a teacher of the doctrines of Pythagoras--in many of his works quotes from the writings of Moses and the prophets, and applies to the passages in question a not improbable allegorical meaning, as in his work called Epops, and in those which treat of "Numbers" and of "Place." And in the third book of his dissertation on The Good, he quotes also a narrative regarding Jesus--without, however, mentioning His name--and gives it an allegorical signification, whether successfully or the reverse I may state on another occasion.

Interpretation:
There is an ongoing discussion about the interpretation of the Pauline letters. For some people who believe that the Marcionites regarded the name of Jesus to be Chrestos, there could have been a collection of Pauline letters that matched this interpretation, which may also have been the interpretation of the author of this collection. On this view, the original word in the Pauline letters, before interpolations and before the pastorals, was Chrestos. Others consider that, even if the Marcionites read their collection this way (and not everyone agrees that they read it as Chrestos), it was a misinterpretation that relied on the presence of the abbreviations in their text, perceiving difficulties with this being the original intention of the author of the Pauline letters.

In terms of the artifact of the P46 manuscript, some common ground is reached when it comes to those passages that would be claimed to be interpolations, interpolations inserted from the perspective that Jesus is Christos. There is general agreement that these passages were written in reference to Christos, whether genuine or interpolated. Among these passages, for example, is Romans 9:5.

Wikipedia: H. A. Sanders, the first editor of parts of the papyrus, proposed a date possibly as late as the second half of the 3rd century. F. G. Kenyon, editor of the complete editio princeps, preferred a date in the first half of the 3rd century. The manuscript is now sometimes dated to about 200. Young Kyu Kim has argued for an exceptionally early date of c. 80. Kim's dating has been widely rejected. Griffin critiqued and disputed Kim's dating, placing the 'most probable date' between 175 and 225, with a '95% confidence interval' for a date between 150 and 250. Comfort and Barrett ... conclude this points to a date during the middle of the 2nd century for 𝔓46. More recently, in a wide-ranging survey of the dates of New Testament papyri, P. Orsini and W. Clarysse have assigned 𝔓46 "to the early third century," specifically "excluding dates in the first or the first half of the second century."

Translation:
Rev 11:15. Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.”
Rev 12:10. And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the salvation (σωτηρια) of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.”

Interpretation:
Based on the context, this most likely abbreviates the word Χριστος.
