"The Earliest Christian Cross My Ass!"
I actually find his style refreshing. Easier to follow than most scholars.
I think he's alleging that these photos are suppressed from being published by the wayward S&T.

But they look like crosses. Is he suggesting there is a door here?

"The Temple Facade is depicted; NOT a Christian Cross. Simcha and his associates wanted a Christian Cross displayed, so a Christian Cross was photo-cropped and prejudicially created for display out of context to a clearly etched four-quartered door representing an entrance way within context of The Temple Facade."stephan happy huller wrote:But they look like crosses. Are there any images of this temple facade? That would be very significant in its own right

Re: Can Someone Explain to Me the Latest Jesus Tomb Controve
I'll grant that I'm not an expert in Christian art and inscriptions, but the pictures posted don't look anything like a Christian cross. The obvious bit that gives it away is the box drawn around it. The drawing uses pure geometric forms (four identical squares, lines that cross in the center, all within a larger square). The larger square is itself suspended within a larger drawing of some kind of structure, to judge from the boxes on the side indicating columns. If the drawer wants to call to mind the cross, he's failed rather miserably.
I'll also say that I can't vouch for the link's identification of the drawing, but it at least seems to accord with the evidence.

Goodacre offers something to chew on:

The coin from the Bar Kochba era looks telling.
