Why do you think ΦΕΡΟΥCΙΝ (φερουσιν, pherousin) at Mark 7:32a, and ΑΥΤΟΙC (αυτοις) at Mark 7:36a, refer to "unclean spirits," and not to the people who witnessed the events?
He's only telling "them," not to talk about the healings. They still don't know he is the Messiah. Knowing about the healings and knowing who Jesus is are two different things to Mark. Lots of people see the healings, but only demons and gentiles can see that he is the Messiah.
