In response to Casey's dogmatic claim that mythicist ideas are a reaction against the fundamentalism of the earlier lives of their proponents, I have set up a table of 'who's who' according to past religious background experience at http://vridar.org/2014/03/09/whos-who-a ... pathizers/
The list is growing. If anyone can tell me names of people alive today who have published mythicist works and also what their past/present religious affiliation was/is lots of people would be grateful.
The point is to test the claim that mythicism is a product of or reaction against fundamentalist backgrounds.
Also, anyone who is known to have published the point of view that we cannot know either way whether there was a historical Jesus or is open to the mythicist question -- that would be helpful, too, especially if with religious backgrounds.
Many thanks
