Not sure what is your problem, Bill.

Anyway, Maurice Robinson and William Pierpont (1915-2003) had an interesting history relating to the question as to whether 1 John 2:23b could be acceptable as a minority reading in their Greek Byzantine edition.

I was cleaning my file cabinet and found an old file on this subject that I started a couple of years back.
So, I thought I would rejoin the forum and specifically re-engage the discussion on who axed Acts 8:37 in order to see what is the current consensus.
