Anyone know where I might be table to find this online (for free, preferably)? Or does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to share?

Yes. Migne's version is available on Google books: https://books.google.com/books?id=iQURA ... &q&f=false. The text begins on column 241. And here is a preview of the modern edition by Miroslav Marcovich: https://books.google.com/books?id=68b_C ... 22&f=false.

There is also a digital version of what I assume is Migne's rendition available at Skeptik: http://khazarzar.skeptik.net/pgm/PG_Mig ... ntiles.pdf.

Please be aware that practically nobody thinks that Justin Martyr is actually the author of the Cohortatio ad Graecos ("Hortatory Address to the Greeks") anymore.
