Anyone know where I might be table to find this online (for free, preferably)? Or does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to share?

Yes. Migne's version is available on Google books:

There is also a digital version of what I assume is Migne's rendition available at Skeptik:

Please be aware that practically nobody thinks that Justin Martyr is actually the author of the
Cohortatio ad Graecos ("Hortatory Address to the Greeks") anymore.
