Why just a fuller?

It seems that there is some connection between the following two passages:
(Luke 22:44)
(Mark 9:3)
Why a fuller?
(Mark 14:43)
And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.
(Luke 22:44)
And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them
(Mark 9:3)
Why a fuller?
Just as he was speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, appeared. With him was a crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests, the teachers of the law, and the elders.
(Mark 14:43)
