Judas works already as a bishop who administers the treasury of the Church.
This is admitted implicitly by Peter quoting the Psalm 108:8 in the incipit of Acts:
Let his days be few; and let another take his office .
Hence the Judas episode and the his role of treasurer reveals that the his inventor worked in a already organized Church with bishops, etc.
Precisely the time of Marcion,
Bishop of Sinope.

Marcion was from Sinope, not from Alexandria.

Marcion was never recognized in Sinope. It was in Palestine and Alexandria where he rose to prominence.

You don't recognize Marcion as from Sinope but the sources say that he was from Sinope and to confute these sources you should show a sufficient symbolism to explain why Sinope. But you are without that explanation. And I don't have sufficient patience to talk with you.
