Cerinthos (Κήρινθος) is a town in Euboea and appears in Homer's Iliad 2.538, the secondary definition is bee-bread therefore the root is κηρός which is צור in Biblical Hebrew.

Thus Κήρινθος is unrelated too קרנת

Leviticus 4:43 קרנת מזבח 'horns of the altar'

The word קרנת here is an adjective, thus the homologue would be with κερατίνας (κερατών) 'made of horn'.

It is a noun.

The adjective would be קרון
קרנת מזבח — τᾶς κερατῶνας τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου

The fifth definition of κέρας 'of objects shaped like horns' either it was made of horns or shaped like horns, else the homologue is with κράς (κράτων) or κράσπεδον 'edge, border, skirt'.

It is interesting that Semitic and Indo-European languages have similar words for 'horn.'
