I'll be honest, I was just skimming through it and thought that Charlesworth himself was saying that. As I said I don't really care when it was written. Second century or fifth century. That's not a concern for me. We have evidence elsewhere that Metatron and Yahoel was already thought of as the second power to El-YHWH during the relevant period. 3 Enoch was just convenient for me.
