I have no idea, but that's Amazon U.S. If you're in Europe, it might (or not after Brexit) be more be more practical to order from Amazon UK, or direct from Peeters:

And if you read German, you might look into getting the German edition. Amazon UK seems to have a Kindle version, which I'd assume is unlikely to be out of stock and can be downloaded immediately.
