Mark 8:19 ιβ the "Twelve" is nomina sacra.
Actually, that is the number "12" (ι = 10 + β = 2) as opposed to δώδεκα which is the word that means "twelve."

It is an assimilation of Mark 8:29 to Matthew 16:16 found in Sinaiticus and a few other manuscripts.
