Carbon ink dating attempt; modern fake "Dead Sea scrolls"

Two recent articles, the second of which, among other things, does not accept the conclusion--on dating carbon ink--of the first.

Kipp Davis, Ira Rabin, Ines Feldman, Myriam Krutzsch, Hasia Rimon,
Årstein Justnes, Torleif Elgvin, and Michael Langlois.
These manuscripts were inked in recent years on old papyrus and skin fragments (so C14 dating of the writing surface does not suffice).
