The word הוי / οὐαὶ occurs in the discourse of Epictetus, a Greek stoic philosopher, 55 - 135 CE
from Hierapolis, Phrygia.

Epictetus, Discourses 3:19
Woe to me for my little child, for my brother (‘οὐαί μοι διὰ τὸ παιδάριον, διὰ τὸν ἀδελφόν)
Woe for my father (οὐαὶ διὰ τὸν πατέρα)

ὐαὶ διὰ τὸν πατέρα
הוי לי את אבי
