So what? That doesn't mean that they are related.
2. There is Evidence of Mycenaean presence in Canaan
Ever heard of traveling and colonization?
4. Ω, Ψ, Χ , Π , Ξ not present in Phoenician, but present in Ancient Italy, Venetians.
So what? They invented new letters.

So 'before' the Phoenician adoption of Greek, How was Greek written? Did they have a spoken language and no written language?
Yes, a spoken language without writing. That's what all of humanity had before writing was invented, and many people with only spoken languages learned to write from others who had writing.
Since Homer is before this adoption, what was his means of writing.
I don't want to get into the question of the historical Homer, but he likely memorized the epics that are attributed to him.
Phoenician is a telescoped language, words are compressed into smaller words then they are in Greek, so a long
words like προφήτης becomes נבא .
That's omitting the vowels, a common practice in writing Semitic languages.

You have got to be kidding. The Greek translates עֵדוּת with μαρτύριον, not with ἔθετο.

עד - οἶδα "To know"
עדות- ἔθος "Custom, habit"

עדיו (Odin) "Ornament"
-This would be εἶδον "form, shape" or εἴδωλον "Eidwlon"

So the basic word, εἶδος means appearance, look, sight, fashion, Sort, or Kind"
and the word 'Witness' , the first part of the word, 'Wit- stems
from *weid- which equates with the meaning of עד and it's various forms.

The etymology of μάρτυς ( Martus ) is unknown according to it's Wikipedia entry
so perhaps the Hebrew vocabulary can resolve it.

Since עד / Witness have to do with Sight, then μάρτυς can be
rooted from מראה/מראת ( Mareh)(Marat) " look, sight, vision"

רא (Rah) "see"
ὤρα/ὁράω (Wra/Ora) "See ,
Vereor "See" * Initial Digamma in Latin

Those words are related too my list.

Gen 31:6 - Know ידעתן / οἴδατε * Idot = Oidat
Job 21:27 - Know ידעתי / οἶδα
Job 37:15 - Does know התדע /οἴδαμεν
Gen 3:5 - Know ידע /ᾔδει
1 Kings 9:27 - Knowledge ידעי / εἰδότας
Job 32:10 - Opinion דעי / οἶδα
Job 10:7 - Knowest דעת / οἶδας
Dan 2:21 - Know ידעי /εἰδόσιν

An note how Latin initializes words with Ϝ , this letter equates with ו and it's extremely rate for a Hebrew word to begin
with this and thus dropped when Ϝ- words are transliterated into Hebrew. Most probable reason is that it conflicts
with ו And .

Only Latin retains the original intended pronunciation.

וידע > ידע " Visio, Video, Videre"

Wine
WIN (Linear B)
OIN (Greek)
VIN (Latin)
IIN (Hebrew)

This a good examples of words initially began with Ϝ.

This initial Letter is lost in Hebrew & Greek or is turned into a B or φ.

Grape-Gleaning
Judges 8:2 - עללות olelat = ἐπι φυλλὶς Phullis φ is lost.
Obadiah 1:5 - עללות olelat = ἐπι φυλλίδα Phullida

The initial ע produces a K sound, so becomes καλάμη Kalamh " Stalks" (Isaiah 17:6)
and φυλλὶς forms the suffix of σταφύλη ( Stapholeh ) "bunch of grapes" & אשכלות ( Askholeh )

חלל (Chalal) are Grapes in Deuteronomy 28:30 - עלל/חלל/φυλλ

ἀμπέλον (Ampelon ) - Grapes *M precedes P
μῆλον (Mhlon) - Apple

The Hebrew word for Apple, ' Tapuk(תַּפּוּחַ) as a unknown etymology according to the narrow-lexicon
but the root is Puk (פס) as in the word Omphaka(ὄμφακα) "Sour-Fruit" , Bocer(בֹּסֶר) 'Sour-grape'
and PIKROS (πικρός) "pointed, sour, sharp" Pickle.

Tapuk(תַּפּוּחַ) " Sour-Fruit"

P > M . - πικρός becomes Mikra / Mithra "מררת/מררת "
- μέθη (Meth) ' Strong drink
- Mishrah (מִשְׁרָה) ' Liquor
- Chometh(חֹמֶץ) ' Vinegar
- Chemah (חֶמְאָה) ' Sour-Milk * turned into butter

MITHRA ( Bull slayer )
- Bocer(בֹּסֶר) " Sharp-grape
- Baqar (בָּקָר) 'Bull
- Pikorion (πιχοριον) 'Ox Tongue
- Pikridion (πικρίδιον)
- Bouteron (βούτυρον) 'Soured Milk

He's done that elsewhere. Like ignore how the Greek word for name is "onoma", not "sem" or whatever he seems to think it is. Likely because "onoma" does not look much like Hebrew "shem". However, English "name" and Greek "onoma" have very recognizable cognates in most other Indo-European languages. Let's see...

Old English nama, Middle English name /nâma/, English name /neim/, Dutch naam, Old High German namo, German Name, Old Norse nafn, namn, Icelandic nafn, Danish navn, Norwegian Bokmål navn, Norwegian Nynorsk namn, Swedish namn, Gothic namô

Latin nômen, Italian nome, Spanish nombre, Portuguese nome, French nom, Romanian nume

Russian imja, Bulgarian ime, Serbo-Croatian ime, Slovenian ime, Polish imie, Czech jmeno, Slovak meno

Welsh enu, Gaelic ainm

Albanian emër (Tosk), êmën (Gheg)

Sanskrit nâman, Bengali nam, Marathi nâva, Gujarati Hindi Punjabi Urdi nâm

Old Persian nâma, Avestan nâman, Persian nâm, Kurdish naw, Pashto nûm

However, Lithuanian has vardas and Latvian vards -- rather unusual

-

Likewise, cognates of Hebrew "shem" are present in most Semitic languages. Arabic ism, Aramaic sh@mâ, Akkadian shumu, Amharic s@m.

I equated שם (shem) with Σημα "Mark" , According too the Lexicon the root is שום
see Gen 4:15 "Mark of Cain" written σημεῖον τῷ Καιν .
