My attempt to reconstruct an earlier Abram / Moses Parallel.
Moses’ Calling (3:1 - 4:19).
- Moses told to leave his life and return to Egypt ((E) Exod 3:7-10 ; (JE) 4:18-19).
- Moses argued with God to bring Aaron and God allowed him to come (E)(Exod 4:10-17)

- Moses placed his wife and two sons on a donkey (JE)(Exod 4:20).
- On the way, at a lodging place, Yahweh met Moses and wanted to kill him (Exod 4:24).
- Moses’ wife, Zipporah, took a flint, and cut off the foreskin of her son (J)(Exod 4:25).

Abraham Told to Sacrifice His Son (Gen 12:7-8; 22:1-19).
- Abraham saddled his donkey and took two young men and Isaac [Sarai, Lot, and his only son, Ishmael] (Gen 22:3).
- Elohim tells Abraham that he wants him to sacrifice his son, Ishmael, as a burnt offering (Gen 22:1-2).
- Abraham prepares the offering and takes a flint knife to kill Isaac Ishmael (Gen 22:8-10).

Moses, Aaron Before Pharaoh (Exod 5:1-23)
- Moses tells Pharaoh to let the Hebrews go (5:1-3).
- Pharaoh’s inflicts his slaves, the Hebrews, with harder tasks (Exod 5:6-18).

- Pharaoh sends 600 battle harden chariots plus many other chariots Hebrews (JE)(Exod 14:7).
- The Israelites cross the Red Sea and Pharaoh tries to capture them (JEP)(Exod 14:1-31).
- The Israelites are free but want to return to Egypt (JP)(Exod 16:1 - 17:3).

The Battle of Nine Armies (Gen 14:1-24).*
- Nine armies battle, and Sodom and Gomorrah are taken captive (O)(Gen 14:1-4).
- Abram sends 318 trained men to secure Sodom and Gomorrah (O)(Gen 14:14-17).
- Abram’s army crosses the tar pits and subdues Sodom and Gomorrah’s captors (O)(Gen 14:10, 15-16).

- Moses visits Yahweh at Mount Sinai (JEP)(Exod 19:1-25).
- Aaron makes a golden calf as a God (E)(Exod 32:2-4).
- Yahweh tells Moses that he will destroy the Hebrews (E)(Exod 32:7-10).
- Moses argues with Yahweh and the people are preserved (E)(Exod 32:11-14).
- Moses went down to see how bad the situation was (E)(Exod 32:15-32).
- God sent a plague on the people (E)(Exod 32:35).

Three Men Visit Abraham (Gen 18:1 - 19:25)
- Three men, as a manifestation of God, visit Abraham (J)(Gen 18:1-5).
- Abraham prepares a calf for them (J)(Gen 18:6-8).
- The three men tell Abraham that Sodom and Gomorrah are wicked and must be destroyed (J)(Gen 18:16-21).
- Abraham argues with the three men to preserve the two cities and fails (J)(Gen 18:22-33).
- Two of the three men went down to see how bad the situation was (J)(Gen 19:1-21).
- Yahweh rained sulfur and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah (J)(Gen 19:23-25).

Abraham Remarries, Sarah Dies (Gen 24:67 - 25:5).
- Abraham takes another wife, Keturah] (P)(Gen 23:1).
- Sarah dies (P)(Gen 23:1).
