Thomas 71: 71 Jesus said, "I shall destroy [this] house, and no one will be able to rebuild it."
I think it's not rebuild the house, it's rebuild our new body ,Spiritual thing。Eternal life。cuz no one can do it except Jesus.
other ways, new temple is ourself
Corinthians 3:16-17 Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him;
Thomas 71: 71 Jesus said, "I shall destroy [this] house, and no one will be able to rebuild it."
so jesus is god
Matthew
13:34
Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable.
13:35
So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet: "I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world."
Matthew 26.60-61: 60 They did not find any, even though many false witnesses came forward. But later on two came forward, 61 and said, "This man stated,
'I am able to destroy the temple of God and to rebuild it in three days.'"
Genesis
1:12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with
seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was
good.
1:13 And there was evening, and there was morning--
the third day.
Matthew 13:1
That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake.
13:2
Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore.
13:3
Then he told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his
seed.
13:24 Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.
13:31 He told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.
(Mat)13:8
Still other seed fell on
good soil, where it produced a crop--a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.
(Mat)13:23 But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
(Mak)4:8 Still other seed fell on
good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, multiplying thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times."
(Mak) Others, like seed sown on
good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop--thirty, sixty or even a hundred times what was sown."
1Ti4:4
For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,
so point is we are the "seed" not for food, but for
good.
I have a little jumping mind, hope u can understand it.
