The reader knows already that Paul uses not the term "born" but the term "built": this "building by woman" may be the same way how Eve was "built" by Adam from the his rib:
21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
(Genesis 2:21-22)
Jesus is therefore Cain, born by the union of Eve and the Serpent.
And obviously there was a sect of Cainites:
Others again declare that Cain derived his being from the Power above, and acknowledge that Esau, Korah, the Sodomites, and all such persons, are related to themselves. On this account, they add, they have been assailed by the Creator, yet no one of them has suffered injury. For Sophia was in the habit of carrying off that which belonged to her from them to herself.
