What is this note at the end of the book of Job (folio 199) in Codex Sinaiticus? Matthew begins on the next page (folio 200).

The part that is sometimes noted is where he references himself as the repentant sinner Theophylact.

τὴν μετάνοιαν τοῦ ἁμαρτωλοῦ θεοφυλά

Remember too that in Codex Simoneidos / Sinaiticus, this is the separation point from the OT and NT.

When did the insertion of title-page for Old Testament and New Testament started?

Hi,

Keep in mind, though, that the physical evidence is against Sinaiticus being a 4th century text, and then its various notes being a bit later.

This can be easily seen in Codex Friderico-Augustanus, the part that went to Leipzig in 1844. By looking at its white parchment, no stain, pepsodent, condition
