2,000 ya, Sailing was a science not a fluke. There were definitely longer layover times than most scholars have admitted.

I don't want to cast aspersions on an independent scholar, or any free spirit who dares think 'outside the box', but has anyone here evaluated Martin P. Steiner's work? He has a fascinating set of writings and he has been at it 50 years! But, well, he's abit unique... not that there's anything wrong...
