Re: Was "Mark", just as Apollos, learned in paulinism?

Mark would be the fictional character assigned as the writer of Mark's Gospel, perhaps the Gospel was written by a Woman and since Women are evil cos ate a fruit, the female authors are covered up and assigned Male pseudonyms. Magna Leaena (Magdalene) a probable candidate for the authorship, histori...

Re: Cerinthos and the 'horns' קרנ = קרנת sing. 'horn'

The adjective would be קרון
קרנת מזבח — τᾶς κερατῶνας τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου

The fifth definition of κέρας 'of objects shaped like horns' either it was made of horns or shaped like horns, else the homologue is with κράς (κράτων) or κράσπεδον 'edge, border, skirt'.

Re: Cerinthos and the 'horns' קרנ = קרנת sing. 'horn'

Thus Κήρινθος is unrelated too קרנת Leviticus 4:43 קרנת מזבח 'horns of the altar' The word קרנת here is an adjective, thus the homologue would be with κερατίνας (κερατών) 'made of horn'. Plutarch, Theseus 21 (an altar on Delos) Theseus danced it round the altar called Keraton, which is constructed o...

Re: Cerinthos and the 'horns' קרנ = קרנת sing. 'horn'

Cerinthos (Κήρινθος) is a town in Euboea and appears in Homer's Iliad 2.538, the secondary definition is bee-bread therefore the root is κηρός which is צור in Biblical Hebrew.

צור נצת Κήρινθος

Re: What does the Crown of Thorns as symbol of exaltation imply?

An headgear is mentioned in Deuteronomy 33:16, with the same noun as the burning bush, that alludes to the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, according to Myth, made of daphne (סנה), the sacred symbol of Apollo and the seat of the Oracle of Delphi and in Genesis 41:45, he is given the title, δαφνηφόρος 'ba...

Re: What does the Crown of Thorns as symbol of exaltation imply?

Cos Christians corrupted culture, so δάφνη/סנה 'the laurel, sacred to Apollo' became a crown of thorns, since Gospel is a satire of the religion of Judea, the crown of thorns probably represents the crown of the circumcised phallus of the Jew.

Re: The demiurge and not Herod (!) put the thorns and the robe on Jesus

demiurge means 'the working class' (δημός ἔργον), so the working class people of 1st century Judea put a thorn hat and robe on Mr Jesus?
