This is an extremely valuable thread Jax, I think I will do one on the Chrestians in the NHL so it'll be easy for us to pick up on them. I'll also try to lo...

Re: Christus/Chrestus in the Original Texts

This is interesting as it is the only example th...

Re: Christus/Chrestus in the Original Texts

^ Sorry, meant missing epsilon. We should be expecting an epsilon (E) between roe and iota in the word XP E ICTOY not an eta (H). Yes, we would. I think they just managed to kill it completely - does it really matter? What possibly could the odds be of it not being an epsilon, given all other forms...

Re: Christus/Chrestus in the Original Texts (Vaticanus)

Vaticanus: https://digi.vatlib.it/view/MSS_Vat.gr.1209/1403 Left column, from the bottom, line 5: XREISTIANOUS (and that is Acts 11:26) https://digi.vatlib.it/view/MSS_Vat.gr.1209/1426 Left column, from the top, line 11: XREISTIANON (and that's Acts 26:28) https://digi.vatlib.it/view/MSS_Vat.gr.120...
