Acts 19.15
If only Jesus was the deity adored by the Christians, then there would be no need to add:
...contra factum that also the name of Paul shows the same magical power in exorcisms as the name of Jesus.
Hence the author of Acts betrayes a previous tradition where Paul was adored as a deity, too: possibly a deity even independent from the Jesus cult.
And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
