More Demonstrations of Subjective Arguments Rather than Eyewitness Testimony by Tertullian

Tertullian claims Marcion based his entire revision or invention of a Pauline gospel that he preserved against the orthodox canon from him "lifting" this idea from Galatians chapters 1 and 2. Tertullian is more than capable of making up invention from his imagination. Why should we believe that his other information from Book Four is strictly limited to observable phenomena and not invention and lies?
