Did the author of the epistle of Judah know that Judah was a bad name even for a propagandist?

Discussion about the New Testament, apocrypha, gnostics, church fathers, Christian origins, historical Jesus or otherwise, etc.

Evidently no.

But there other two facts about the epistle of Judah:
  • His author thinks that Jesus is stricto sensu Joshua: only read verse 5, where "Joshua" replaced "Kyrios" in a older version.
  • The authors knew probably anti-demiurgists. Only read verse 4.
Hence, an early date has serious effects: there were anti-demiurgists even before the first gospel.

Also a late date has serious implications: there was a total ignorance of the gospels even after the first gospel.
