New podcast advocating a 2nd century beginning for Christianity

Post by perseusomega9 »

For anyone that may be interested, amateur scholar Chris Palmero has started a podcast in the Tubingen spirit arguing for a 2nd century dating of most christian texts. It's titled Born in the Second Century.

Will he also go with the idea that Jesus was not Jewish? After all, escaping from "Jesus the Jew" seems to be a strangely common outcome of much of the late 19th century German theories of this sort.
