Eli Kittim would agree with Couchoud about 1 Peter 1:20

if you read 1 Peter 1.20 in the original Greek there is absolutely no way that Jesus could have existed in Antiquity:

“He was marked out before the world was made, and was revealed at the final point of time”

(NJB).

Before the creation of the world, Jesus was crucified. And only now he, as the Risen Christ, is revealed to apostles.
