Deity portrayed on "Egyptian Amulet Seal" Fragment

I wonder about the date and identification w/ the god Bes. I see smthg different, in this recent find, and wonder if it is Judaic c.200 BC (or more likely, copying an image from that period):
The Winged Yahweh/Elohim (Kronos-El) god on coins from Byblos:
And a modern/contemporary rendition:
By contrast, Bes is a troll and dwarf-god (Herm-like) and rarely portrayed w/ wings. Here is one exception:
