SO I was delayed, but finally wrapped up this effort: a 'first translation' now available on Internet Archive. Caveats?
1) My exceptionally poor German; however, I used GoogleTranslate and DeepL together, which I do believe is almost wholly sufficient. (Online translation in 2022 is vastly better than online translators of yesteryear.)
2) I am no expert on the Egyptian material (neither was Völter!); my research-time here was consumed by checking the many, many points he made based on late 19th C./early 20th C. (mostly) German scholarship. That's not a translator's responsibility, but I have added full names, dates, consistent terminology, and sparse additions at the footnotes (for supporting information) where I doubted Voelter's claim but confirmed w/ other references.
3) Any/all errors are mine.
4) Voelter's book is publicly available in German, on GoogleBooks.
My English translation of Daniel Völter's Jahwe und Mose im Licht aegyptischer Parallelen [1919] : Final.
