An embarrassing application of the criterion of embarrassment on Matthew 10:12

Rarely I read on facebook what is said by Christian apologists masked as historians. But this has very disturbed me.
The guy claims that Matthew 10:12
...would be evidence, by applying the criterion of embarrassment on it, that Jesus was accused of being an eunuch (just as he was accused of being a "a glutton and a drunkard"), accordingly giving to him the possibility of an apology by saying that logion.

The guy claims that Matthew 10:12
“For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
