σου Κῦρος Γ̣αυάνης καὶ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ
Εὐδόξιος στρ(ατιώτης) λεγ(εῶνος) Ἑρμώνθεως
καὶ τὴν ἐλευθέ<ρ>αν {⁴ελευθελαν}⁴ αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν υἱὸν
αὐτοῦ ἄπα Β[ί]κτωρ καὶ Πέτρος καὶ Ε̣ὔ̣τ̣υ̣χ̣ο̣ς̣
ἀρματοῦρα Ἀπόλλωνος καὶ Ἀντίνος υἱοῦ πιστός.
ὑπὸ Διόσκορος πρίκιπος Μουν[ή]σεως {²⁶Μωνήσεως}²⁶ καὶ Γ̣ε̣ό̣[ρ]-

Lord Jesus (Ἰεσοῦ) Chrest/Christ (Χρηστοῦ), protect your servant Kyros Gauanes and his son Eudoxios, a soldier in the army of Hermonthos, and his wife Euthe<ra>, and his sons Apa Victor, Petros, and Eutychos. A charioteer of Apollo and Antinos, a faithful son. Commissioned by Dioskoros, the governor of Mounesis, and Georgios, the city prefect. These things were written by Euanthos in the name of the same Kosmos.
