As you may recall, Gary J. Goldberg has argued in JSHJesus vol. 20.1 (2021) 1-32 and online that Josephus Antiquities paraphrased part of Luke.

And, Charles E. Hill, in JTS 49 1998 582-629, "What Papias Said About John (and Luke): A 'New' Papian Fragment. (Though not all were persuaded.)
