Something strange happened. By no means everyone on this planet have been afraid of the night - the Vikings for example loved it as the best time to attack!

I wonder if local climate and ecology are vectors - are nights cloudy in some places so that they are dark and resulting in the nightmares of NW Europe and their symptoms like witch hunts?

Is good and evil really about day and night and psychological responses, especially of fear?
