You can't just assert that there was a 'true form of Judaism' which 'got corrupted' in one breath and then assert a religious free for all in the next breath. I mean you can, but you just demonstrate what is plainly obvious to anyone who has ever debated you - you have no real knowledge about anything, just a collection of slogans.

No.

I'm providing facts you will not agree are facts. Why is the question. You wont even address them because you cannot. Yet It is why they are facts.

Jerusalem

In the first century became a Hellenistic center of paid religion corrupted under the ROMAN thumb. The temple had one job, to supply cash to Rome. Anything else was secondary. And the Jews knew this and rebelled, FACT.

Anyone who asserts an 'ur-tradition' in Israel has to bow before the Samaritans for the same reason that any investigation into early Christianity gets stuck on Marcionism. The limiting of a canon is a key clue to the antiquity of any sect.

IT is a fact not an assertion.

It is a fact there was Judaism before and after Hellenism.

It is a fact Christianity was Judaism light, as Hellenist divorced these laws and Jewish customs.

Judaism

and LESS Judaism

Facts! Like the 'fact' that the Hellenists 'corrupted' true Judaism when in the next breath you say there was no 'true tradition'!! Please more facts like this so I can learn more from an intellectual juggernaut.

The Master has spoken and he declared:
IT is a fact not an assertion (that there was a 'true Judaism').

It is a fact there was Judaism before and after Hellenism.

It is a fact Christianity was Judaism light, as Hellenist divorced these laws and Jewish customs.
Where is that rolling on the ground laughing emoticon! You are so fucking dumb. And what makes you even dumber is that you don't know how laughable your assertions are. Thank you for making my day.

And just to remind the moron what he said when confronted about 'the true Judaism' claim a second ago. The moron said:
Hell no. There was no pure form.
So which is it Einstein. Was there a pure form of Israelite religion or just a series of 'sects' in Common Era (or any era for that matter)?

Your so desperate your changing my statements out of context, the SAME way you do to biblical text. No wonder your not progressing your hypothesis in any way shape or form.

I never said true or pure

My context has always been

Judaism

and LESS Judaism

And the REAL quote in question was "perverted Judaism" which is LESS Judaism.

But what is this ur-Judaism (or in your language 'Judaism') you are asserting! Pharisaism? Do you even know? Or is it just some made up terminology on your part.

Why can't the religion of the 'Hellenistic Jews' be purer or older than that of the Pharisees? Why is this a theoretical impossibility right at the outset?
