Did Paul hate the OT god ?

From Galatians 4:
But Paul is saying that God only NOW is knowing them - the Jews addressed by Paul as adorers of the stoicheia.
It follows that before that moment, the Jews were known by a god different from the God of Paul.
Therefore Paul hated the god of the Jews as merely one of the “beings that by nature are not gods”. □
The Creator God knows his creatures, already since from he had created them, even if the creatures didn't know him (as Pagans or sinners).8 Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to beings that by nature are not gods. 9 Now, however, that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and beggarly elemental spirits? How can you want to be enslaved to them again? 10 You are observing special days, and months, and seasons, and years. 11 I am afraid that my work for you may have been wasted.
