The great logical contradiction of who thinks that the judaization of an originally mythical/docetical Jesus would have limited - among the Gentiles - the number of listeners and not increased.

They are the same people who say that the OT scriptures were used to overcome the "scandal" of the historical crucifixion.

But is not the excessive use of OT scriptures the evidence par excellence of a judaization in action?

Giuseppe you're right I think, as the OT scriptures (as opposed to a Jewish theological framework) were key to the popular Paul gospel which relied on them heavily. The form of Judaization that required following the law in all aspects (ouch) was not very popular.
A proposed docetic Jesus may on paper have seemed even easier on the gentiles but that assumes a level playing field in outreach goals and methods
It's perfectly possible to see Paul as being a numbers guy, spread it fast and furious, well organised... with a docetic or Ebionite crowd after quality not quantity, or just organic growth
