When the Simonians divided during the Gnostic schism, Menander called his part of the sect Menandrians, holding the belief that the world was made by angels. His ideas contrasted with those of Satornilus and the Satornilians, who believed the world was made by only seven angels against the will of a "Father on high". Menander held that a water baptism was essential as the source for eternal youth.

I think Saturninus is an originator of the classic Gnostic ascetics, strong dualism between God/Demiurge and spirit/body
Not enough of Menander is known to say much of anything

The Odes say God created all things, nothing about angels getting involved there, its got nothing much in common with this gnostic sect. I think that whole Gnostic mythology is a late 1st century thing, based on events of several decades before

Do you think that the Odist didn't know the hearsay about that Gnostic mythology, or that he was partially "disturbed" by the first "symptoms" of that hearsay and therefore he was moved to repeat the obvious thing (for a Jew): that the supreme god created the heaven and the earth, etc. ?

Interesting question, it may be true that at the date the Odes were being written, the first stirrings of Gnostic ideas were being contemplated. It's possible that this is a polemic against such ideas. I recognise that some Gnostic names go back to the Aramaic, eg Sakla. So it's possible
But i would date the Odes to before Gnostic mythology was created, as some of the events in that mythology were not in the past yet
I think the 'Odes people' were viewed by these later Gnostics as mistaken, as the early opposition to Paul among Gnostics (they later re-adopted him) and association of Paul with the Odes people led to blame and a position in the Gnostic myth
